Job Title: Senior Lead – Learning Business Partner - Data & Product Location: Bengaluru What you will do:As the Data & Product LBP, you will partner with Product & Data functions to provide suitable learning solutions which will drive organisational performance. You will build strong relationships with a complex range of stakeholders, collaborating to ensure the best learning solutions are delivered.Key Responsibilities: Responsible for partnering with the BUs to identify key learning needs for the business and design effective Learning interventions that meets these needs Understand the goals and priorities of the BUs and the context and then translate them into learning implications Assist management to drive capability through skill gap analysis, identify competencies, design and delivery of learning initiatives including creating skill-based learning paths to ensure fit for purpose Leverage AI and emerging L&D Tech trends to enhance the personalisation, scalability, and effectiveness of learning interventions Track and report the launch and ongoing roll out of functional learning paths. Monitor, measure and evaluate learning impact (using Business metrics, feedback from leaders and employees, engagement surveys and other relevant metrices), and acting as necessary Support management with ongoing L&D operations Promote learning and talent development within the BU Who you are:Understanding of emerging trends in Data, Analytics, and Product, with the ability to leverage AI for impactful learning solutioning. Strong understanding of AI and the ability to recommend and enable relevant AI and Data learning initiatives aligned with business needs.Ability to build strong relationship with fellow HR business associates and business stakeholders Excellent knowledge of the Learning and Development life cycle including need/performance gap analysis, scoping, research and analysis, design, development, launch, evaluation and feedback Ability to develop and integrate business strategy into the design and development of learning and talent strategy Familiarity with LMS operations like user management, creating learning paths etc, analysing user data etc Strong problem solving with a solid background working with synthesis of data, conducting analyses, interpreting results, and writing reports/presentations Managing large scale project roll outs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills 8 to 14 years of experience in L&D solutions and operations Any graduation/post-graduation, preferably with technology background Relevant L&D certifications, (instructional design, psychometric tools, coaching) At Angel One, our thriving culture is rooted in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
