Job Description

Position SummaryThe Manager – HRBP will implement HR plans, initiatives and solutions at Delhi site. This role requires the ability to efficiently handle high volumes of tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining deadline sensitivity.Requirements:HR Process ImplementationPartner with key stakeholders to ensure HR processes and policies are implemented with clarity.Support design, documentation, delivery and governance of HR processes, policies, and procedures in the region across the entire employee life cycle including onboarding and exit processes.HR Metrics ManagementMonitor, manage and report all HR metrics for the site such as eSAT, eNPS, Attrition and Top Performers’ percentage.Use HR dashboards and analytics to identify trends, red flags, and areas for intervention.Employee Relations and Stakeholder ManagementServe as the main escalation point for any employee related issues and will be involved in people issue consultations, culture management, engagement program roll outs and change management effectively.Employee Retention and EngagementEmployee retention strategies and management to meet employee engagement and retention outcomes.Compliance & Audit ManagementManage, comply with audit and compliance queries from government agencies if any.HR Tech & Digital InitiativesDrive adoption of HRIS modules and participate in system upgrades/enhancementsChampion tech-led workflows for automation and better employee experienceHR Operations AlignmentPartner with HR Operations team to ensure accuracy in documentation, payroll inputs, and complianceSupport in managing audits, SOPs, and hygiene metrics such as SLA tracking, onboarding completions, etc.Must Have Competencies for the Role:Strong stakeholder management experience.Experience in leading small teams.Expertise in HR Analytics for data driven decision making, including eSAT, eNPS, and attrition analysis with solid experience in MS tools – Excel and PowerPointProven ability to design, implement, and govern HR policies and processes.Experience in culture strategy development and driving employee engagement initiatives.Keen understanding of business drivers and experience in partnering with key stakeholders to drive employee retention programs and measuring their impact.Strong knowledge of performance management policies, compliance, and best practices.In-depth understanding of labor laws and compliance management.Understanding of HR Operations, payroll inputs, documentation audits, and process hygieneExperience working with HR technology platforms, HRIS, dashboards, and digital enablementOur Culture and YouWhat does the day in life look like for the Manager – HRBP?
