About the Role:We are building multiple small-scale businesses across agriculture, renewable energy, and food processing industries in Maharashtra (including mushroom farming and biomass projects).We are looking for a highly proactive and execution-focused Founder’s Associate who will work directly with the founder to coordinate operations, manage government processes, and ensure the timely execution of projects.This role requires a combination of planning, coordination, and on-ground follow-ups when necessary.Key Responsibilities:1. Operations & CoordinationSchedule and manage meetings with consultants, vendors, and stakeholdersPlan and optimize travel schedules across MaharashtraEnsure efficient coordination between multiple parties2. Government Liaison & ComplianceTrack and follow up on licenses, approvals, and permitsVisit government offices when required for submissions and follow-upsCoordinate with consultants (CA, legal, technical) for compliance processes3. Vendor & Consultant CoordinationArrange meetings with machinery suppliers and industry expertsMaintain structured documentation of discussions and next stepsEnsure timely follow-ups and action tracking4. Project Tracking & ExecutionMaintain dashboards for:Approvals and licensesProject progressPending actionsProactively follow up to ensure timelines are metRequired Skills & Tools:Proficiency in Google Sheets (tracking, reporting)Familiarity with Notion or similar project management toolsComfortable using Zoom and Google Meet for coordinationBasic understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plusStrong organizational and documentation skillsCandidate Requirements:2–5 years of experience in operations, business coordination, consulting, or startup rolesFluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (mandatory)Willingness to travel across Maharashtra and India when requiredAbility to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsStrong problem-solving and follow-up skillsComfortable interacting with government offices and external stakeholdersWhat This Role Is NOT:Not a purely administrative or desk-based roleNot a technical/engineering roleNot responsible for vendor negotiations or site executionWhy Join Us:Direct exposure to multiple business ventures and industriesOpportunity to work closely with the founderHigh ownership and learning opportunityFast career growth into leadership rolesSalary+ Other: CTC: Up to 6LPA (based on experience)Travel reimbursementAdditional performance-based incentives
