This role requires strong operational leadership, cost control expertise, menu planning capabilities, and on-ground execution excellence to ensure superior guest experience and profitability.About YouLead and manage overall F&B operations across villas, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.Drive cost optimization initiatives by reducing wastage, improving inventory management, and strengthening procurement planning.Ensure effective on-ground planning and execution of daily F&B operations.Collaborate with chefs to plan, design, and optimize menus based on guest preferences, seasonality, and cost efficiency.Manage chef teams and kitchen staff, ensuring performance standards, training, and adherence to SOPs.Monitor food quality, hygiene, and compliance with safety standards.Track and analyze F&B performance metrics including food cost percentage, wastage levels, and guest satisfaction scores.Implement best practices to enhance service standards and operational consistency across properties.7–10 years of experience in F&B operations, hospitality, or villa/resort management.Strong expertise in kitchen operations, menu engineering, and food cost management.Proven experience in leading and managing chef teams.Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills.Ability to work in a multi-location, fast-paced hospitality environment.This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needsBonus Points - These are non-essential, but a bonus if you have them!Proven experience in managing multi-property or luxury villa/resort F&B operations with demonstrated success in reducing food cost percentage and wastage while maintaining premium guest experience standards.Key Metrics: What you will drive and achieve Food Cost Percentage (FCP)Guest Satisfaction Score (F&B NPS or Rating)Hiring EffectivenessProjects If anyOur Core Values: Are you a CURATER?Curious: Here, your curiosity fuels innovation.User-Centric: You’ll anticipate the needs of all our stakeholders and exceed expectations.Resourceful: You’ll creatively optimise our resources with solutions that elevate experiences in unexpected ways.Aspire: Keep learning, keep growing—because we’re all about continuous improvement.Trust: Trust is our foundation.
