Role OverviewThe Digital & eCommerce Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets across marketplaces, brand stores, digital campaigns, and marketing materials for our Australian market..This role requires someone who understands how design drives performance, particularly within eCommerce environments such as Amazon, where visuals play a critical role in conversion.The designer will work closely with strategists, marketing specialists, and account teams to bring campaigns and product stories to life through compelling design.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace & eCommerce DesignDesign high-converting Amazon product image sets including hero images, infographics, and lifestyle imageryDevelop Amazon A+ Content modules and enhanced brand contentCreate and update Amazon Brand Stores and storefront experiencesDesign comparison charts, product feature graphics, and visual storytelling assetsEnsure all designs meet Amazon’s image requirements and platform guidelinesSupport new product launches with full image and visual asset setsConduct competitor visual analysis to identify design trends and opportunitiesMaintain brand consistency across marketplace assetsCreative Concept DevelopmentDevelop creative concepts for client campaigns and product launchesTranslate marketing strategies into engaging visual contentCollaborate with copywriters and strategists to bring brand stories to lifeEnsure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectivesDigital Marketing & Brand AssetsDesign digital marketing assets including banners, landing page visuals, and campaign graphicsCreate social media graphics and promotional assets for Pattern and client brandsSupport creative development for paid media campaigns and digital advertisingProduce visuals for email marketing campaigns and digital promotionsPresentations & Internal DesignSupport the team with Pattern Style presentation design and deck refreshesDevelop visual assets for reports, proposals, and marketing materialsCreate visual templates and branded assets for internal and client useVideo & Motion ContentEdit short-form video content for social and digital channelsSlice and optimise video assets for different platformsDesign thumbnails and supporting visuals for video contentContent & Asset ManagementOrganise and maintain digital asset librariesEnsure correct file formats, naming conventions, and version controlPrepare production-ready files for different digital platformsSkills & Experience Required3+ years experience in graphic or digital designStrong portfolio showcasing eCommerce, digital, or marketplace workProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytellingAbility to design conversion-focused product imageryExcellent attention to detail and quality controlAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong collaboration and communication skillsPreferredExperience designing for Amazon marketplaces (A+ Content, listing images, storefronts)Understanding of eCommerce conversion principlesExperience working with consumer brands or retail clientsVideo editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)Experience creating infographics and data-driven visual contentKnowledge of marketplace image requirements and policiesTools & PlatformsThe successful candidate should be comfortable working with:Adobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorAdobe InDesignFigma or Canva (preferred)Video editing tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects or similar)Google WorkspaceProject management tools (ClickUp, Asana, or similar)
