Senior Resource Manager Analyst Job Summary:Epsilon is seeking a highly experienced individual to join our Resource Management team as a Senior Resource Manager Analyst. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in optimizing resource utilization, ensuring efficient project staffing, and driving resource forecasting initiatives. Primary purpose of this profile: We are seeking an experienced Resource Management professional with 5–8 years of experience in IT services, consulting, or product organizations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively managing staff allocation, capacity planning, bench management, and utilization to ensure optimal workforce efficiency.This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to collaborate across teams and drive data-driven resource planning decisions.Key Responsibilities:Manage and lead resource allocation, demand, and supply to ensure optimal utilization and timely project fulfillment. Collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership to understand staffing needs, project timelines, and skill requirements. Track and monitor resource availability, skill inventory, and capacity to proactively identify gaps and recommend hiring or training initiatives. Work closely with cross-functional teams including L&D, HR, Finance, and other shared services as part of resource management responsibilities. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for business stakeholders; provide regular updates to leadership to support decision-making. Coordinate with Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR teams to support seamless onboarding of resources. Facilitate workforce planning aligned with business demand and supply, ensuring timely fulfillment. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements related to staffing and resource management. Operate effectively with a high degree of autonomy and independence in a dynamic environment. Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). Minimum 5 years of experience in resource management, preferably with Big 4 or Tier-1 services/consulting organizations. Strong understanding of resource utilization, bench management, and demand-supply capacity forecasting. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a complex business environment. Proficiency in resource management tools and MS Office Suite, including reporting and dashboarding. Familiarity with IT industry resource management practices, skills, and emerging technologies.
