Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead IT infrastructure, cloud environments, networking, and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS, network security, server administration, and team leadership, ensuring high availability and performance of IT systems. Key Responsibilities Leadership & IT Operations Lead IT team and manage daily IT operations Define IT policies, SOPs, and security standards Manage SLAs, incident management, and escalation handling Plan IT budgets and infrastructure upgrades Cloud & Hosting (AWS) Manage AWS services: EC2, S3, IAM, VPC Handle VPS and cloud-based hosting environments Oversee website hosting, uptime monitoring, and performance tuning Manage WordPress hosting, deployment, and maintenance Configure and optimize CDN (Cloudflare, AWS CloudFront) Networking & Security Design and manage network architecture (LAN/WAN) Configure VLANs, subnets, NAT policies, ACL rules Manage firewalls (SonicWall, Fortinet, Cisco) Configure DHCP servers and IP management Manage wireless access points (enterprise Wi-Fi) Ensure network security, VPN, and endpoint protection DNS, Domains & SSL Configure DNS records (A, CNAME, MX, TXT) Manage domain registrations and renewals Implement and maintain SSL certificates (HTTPS security) Server & System Administration Administer Linux servers (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian) Perform server management: user access, permissions, services Manage Active Directory (AD), Group Policies (GPO) Monitor system performance, backups, and disaster recovery Database & Applications Manage SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) Handle database backup, optimization, and troubleshooting Support ERP systems and business applications Enterprise Tools & User Management Administer Google Workspace (user management, security policies) Manage access control, IAM policies, and identity management Technical Support & Hardware Oversee troubleshooting of hardware (RAM, HDD, NIC) Ensure smooth IT support for end users Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation Required Skills AWS Cloud (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC) Networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, NAT, DNS, DHCP) Firewall configuration (Fortinet, SonicWall, Cisco) Linux Administration WordPress Hosting & Deployment SQL Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) Active Directory & Windows Server CDN (Cloudflare, CloudFront) SSL Certificate Management Preferred Skills ERP system experience ITIL processes / Incident Management Automation / scripting (Shell, Bash) Backup & Disaster Recovery planning Experience 5–8 years in IT Infrastructure / Networking / Cloud 2+ years in team handling / managerial role ?
