This role involves leading data engineering initiatives, enabling real-time data replication, and building scalable data pipelines using modern cloud technologies.Key Responsibilities Data Engineering & Architecture Lead and deliverdata engineering programswith strong ownership mindset Design and implementreal-time data replication and Change Data Capture (CDC)solutions Build and maintainscalable data pipelines and data integration workflows Oracle GoldenGate & CDC Implement and manageOracle GoldenGatefor real-time data synchronization Ensure efficientdata replication, consistency, and reliabilityacross systems Optimize performance of CDC pipelines and troubleshoot replication issues Azure Data Platform Work withAzure Data Servicesincluding Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, storage, and security components Design and implementcloud-native data architectures Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensuresecure and optimized data deployments Leadership & Collaboration Provide technical leadership and guide teams onbest practices in data engineering Collaborate with cross-functional teams includingdata, platform, and DevOps teams Ensure high-quality delivery with strongcommunication and stakeholder alignmentRequired Skills & Qualifications 10–15 years of experience inData Engineering Strong expertise inOracle GoldenGateandChange Data Capture (CDC) Experience leadingdata engineering initiatives and programs Strong knowledge ofAzure Data Engineering ecosystem Hands-on experience withAzure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, storage, and security Good understanding ofDevOps practices in data environments Strong leadership, ownership, and communication skills
