Hiring: IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) CoordinatorWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced IB MYP Coordinator to lead and drive the successful implementation of the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (Grades 6–10) for a leading school in South India.Role OverviewThe MYP Coordinator will serve as a key member of the academic leadership team, responsible for ensuring high-quality curriculum delivery, teacher development, and alignment with IB standards and practices.Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic & Pedagogical Leadership Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the IB MYP curriculum Ensure alignment with IB philosophy, standards, and practices Promote inquiry-based, student-centered learning approaches Programme Coordination Oversee curriculum planning, assessment, and documentation Coordinate interdisciplinary learning and unit planning Ensure effective delivery of all MYP subject groups Teacher Development Mentor and support teachers through coaching and classroom observations Facilitate professional development aligned with IB frameworks Compliance & Accreditation Lead IB authorization, evaluation, and review processes Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to IB requirements Stakeholder Engagement Act as liaison between school and IB Organization Collaborate with leadership, parents, and students Drive a culture aligned with the IB learner profile Key RequirementsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education Minimum 4–5 years of IB MYP teaching experience Prior experience in a leadership/coordinator role preferred Strong understanding of IB standards and practices Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills  Interested candidates can reach me at .
