About the Role We’re looking for a Creative Graphic Designer who understands visual storytelling, internet aesthetics, and brand identity. This is not a basic execution role. We want someone who can think, interpret references, build visual direction, and deliver premium-quality design across formats. If you care about typography, grids, hierarchy, moodboards, and detail, this role is for you. What You’ll Do • Design brand-aligned social media creatives, carousels, and campaign visuals • Translate references into original, brand-specific design direction • Maintain strong visual hierarchy and consistency • Work closely with Social Media Manager and Founder • Create layouts for ads, reels covers, posts, and presentations • Execute revisions quickly and professionally • Deliver clean, structured, high-quality outputs on time Whom We’re Looking For • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (agency experience preferred) • Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and color theory • Good taste in modern / premium / internet-led aesthetics • Ability to work fast without compromising quality • Takes ownership, doesn’t wait to be chased • Comfortable receiving feedback and improving quickly • Portfolio that shows clarity, structure, and creative thinking Tools Required • Adobe Illustrator (must) • Adobe Photoshop (must) • Adobe InDesign • Figma (plus) • Basic motion understanding (bonus)
