The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure the smooth functioning of the store. Responsibilities include maintaining high standards of customer service, managing inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and achieving sales targets. The Store Manager will also act as a leadership figure, providing guidance and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service and a proven ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members Experience in Store Management, including coordinating operations and staff management Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet targets and deadlines High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or relevant field is an advantage 2-3 years of experience in the food and beverage or retail sector preferred
