Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Security Governance/Management: Ensuring adherence and compliance of Security Specific Guideline and measures, rules and Regulation at Bosch Rexroth sites in India (DCIN) according to national & state specific laws and Central Directives in alignment with RBIN/PSO (Regional Security Manager - Bosch APA), DC/PSO (Business Security Manager - DC (Bosch Rexroth)) and C/AUP. Country Specific Point of Contact for Security related Governance Topics and matters for DC Sites in India. Participation - Technical Audits (Specific to Site Security) and Closures of the Audit Recommendation. Auditing DCIN Location specific to Security Domain along with Internal Auditor. Completion of mandatory C/AUP CptM curricula by the PRS(-P) Formation of Security Concept for Site (SCS) and ensuring adherence to OMP Guideline and NITRO 2.0 Security Operation Protection of Organization's People (Internal: Associates, Externals: Customers, Visitors and other External stake holder accessing Site) Asset (moveable and immovable) and Information while optimizing the use of personnel and equipment. Investigation and Reporting of Security Incidents in Incident Reporting Tool (IRT). Coordination to Ensure scheduled / overall Maintenance of Security Systems (CCTVs, ACS, PAs, Boom Barriers, Turnstiles etc.) resulting to minimum Downtime. Implementation - Training and awareness of Security Manpower, Awareness sessions on security processes & policies. Penetration Test to Check Security Awareness. coordinating ERT, joint Mock Drills with CFT, Governance & Assessment of security & Travel agencies. Ensuring - Night Inspection/Visit by PRS, Regular Tracking of Returnable Materials, Protection of Restricted Area, Appropriate displays in conspicuous area. Representing DCIN in monthly, quarterly and annual meeting, conferences & workshops Support to Marketing - Social media marketing, fairs & customer events Miscellaneous Responsibilities Develop an effective Security strategy, in collaboration with leadership, to assess and mitigate risk, manage crises and incidents, maintain operational continuity, and safeguard the organization. Establishing and maintaining comprehensive security processes, practices, and policies across the organization to minimize risks, respond to incidents, and mitigate exposure and liability in information, financial, physical, personal, and reputational domains. Research and implement cutting-edge technology solutions and innovative security management techniques to protect the organization's personnel, assets, intellectual property, and trade secrets. Establish relevant standards and risk controls accordingly. Providing International Travel Guideline to the Associates proceeding on Business Tour/Official Travel. Event Security / VIP Protection: Prepare event security concept and ensure smooth running of events with regard to intentional disruptions. Defense/prevent attacks against life of VIPs, participants as well as the protection of property. Ensuring Smooth and effective Employee Transportation (Bus Service). Supporting Management in Identification and assessment of legal and customer requirements (incl. needed security certificates such a AEO, C-TPAT, VDA-ISA) and security risks at site I 4.0 Projects - Security Projects : Driving Digitalization Topics across Plant and DC Sites in India in Security Domain. Participation in digitalization initiatives of Security Processes at RO-IN Level and Implementation of Digitalization of Security Processes at DCIN Sites. Execution of Automation Projects in reference to Site Security ( Surveillance related Projects, Access Control Projects etc.) Local Liaison & Networking Establishing relationships with law enforcement officials at Local Level, state and country Specific security agencies and relevant governmental functions, as well as private sector counterparts Establishing relationship with PRS and PSO at the regional Level (RO-IN) Qualifications Education Graduate (Holding Bachelor's Degree) - Any Stream University degree in protection and security or similar security qualification from reputed Training Academy in Physical Security Domain. Language skills: Local language and at least B2-level in English language. Experience in personnel management Experience 7-10 Years of experience in practical experience in security management. Experience in procedure of investigations, Security Operation and Security Governance. Experience in Security Technology and Security Automation Functional competencies required to execute the role Understanding of security technologies, systems, and tool (Knowledge of access control systems, video surveillance systems, intrusion detection systems, cybersecurity measures, and emerging smart security solutions.) Possess a deep understanding of security risk management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Expertise in conducting risk assessments and developing risk management strategies . Ability to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, assess potential impact, develop and implement risk mitigation plans. Sound knowledge of Investigation skills. Well-versed with MS Office. Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security, privacy, and data protection . Ensure compliance with these requirements and establish processes and procedures to meet regulatory obligations.
