Job Title: Radiologist – AI Imaging SME & Clinical Product Evangelist Location: Gurgaon Experience: 1-2 years Role Overview We are looking for a forward-thinking Radiologist with a passion for AI-driven healthcare innovation to work closely with our AI Data Science and Product Engineering teams. This role sits at the intersection of clinical expertise, medical imaging AI development, and product strategy, enabling the creation of cutting-edge solutions for brain imaging, tumor detection, and multi-organ diagnostics. The candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), product evangelist, and clinical translator, ensuring our AI solutions are clinically accurate, relevant, and scalable. Key Responsibilities 1. Clinical SME for AI Model Development Collaborate with AI/ML teams on: Brain imaging (tumor segmentation, stroke detection, neurodegenerative diseases) Multi-organ tumor detection (CT/MRI) Define: Annotation protocols and clinical ground truth standards Imaging workflows and diagnostic criteria Validate AI outputs for: Accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, and clinical usability Guide model improvement cycles through clinical feedback loops 2. AI Product Development & Roadmap Work with Product & Engineering teams to: Translate clinical needs into product features Prioritize use cases (brain → multi-organ expansion strategy) Contribute to: Product roadmap for Imaging AI platforms Regulatory readiness (clinical validation, documentation) Ensure alignment with real-world radiology workflows (PACS/RIS integration) 3. Customer Engagement & Product Demonstrations Lead product demos and clinical discussions with: Hospitals Radiology diagnostic chains Imaging centers Articulate: Clinical value of AI solutions Workflow efficiency gains Diagnostic accuracy improvements 4. Feedback Loop & Continuous Improvement Gather structured feedback from: Radiologists Clinicians Hospital administrators Act as a bridge between clinical users and AI teams: Translate feedback into actionable product improvements Drive iterative enhancement cycles Identify unmet clinical needs and new AI opportunities 5.
