Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for an Architectural Draughtsperson based in Chennai. The role involves preparing and developing architectural and construction drawings, assisting in project planning, and contributing to the design and documentation process. The drafter will collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project teams to deliver high-quality, detailed design documents that reflect the studio's commitment to excellence and innovation. Qualifications Proficiency in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings Strong knowledge and experience in Architecture and Planning Skilled in technical Drawing and design documentation Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adhere to project timelines Proficiency in architectural drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) and visualization tools Strong attention to detail and understanding of building codes and construction standards Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field Experience in residential architecture projects is a plus 3-5 years of experience
