Job Title: Deputy Manager – Admin & Facilities Location: DSU, Harohalli Campus Experience: 6–8 Years Job Purpose To oversee and manage administrative functions and campus facilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, statutory compliance, vendor management, and a safe, efficient learning and working environment. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end administrative and facility operations across campus (academic blocks, hostels, common areas). Oversee housekeeping, security, transport, cafeteria, maintenance , and other support services. Handle vendor selection, contracts, SLAs , and performance monitoring. Ensure statutory compliance related to safety, fire, labor laws, and local authorities. Coordinate facility maintenance , repairs, AMC schedules, and infrastructure upkeep. Support space planning, campus expansion, and new project execution . Prepare and manage admin budgets , control costs, and track expenses. Address staff and student facility-related issues and ensure timely resolution. Maintain admin MIS, records, and reports for management review. Lead and guide admin staff and outsourced teams. Desired Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of facility management & administration in large campuses/institutions. Vendor management and negotiation skills. Working knowledge of statutory and safety compliances . Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. ERP/MIS exposure preferred.
