We’re Hiring | Assistant Manager - Library Location: Mumbai (Next to Marol Metro Station) We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support library management, student lifecycle operations, and academic administration at our Mumbai campus. Key Responsibilities: 1. Library Resource Management Organize, catalog, and maintain books, journals, digital content, and e-resources. Ensure accurate labeling and classification for seamless retrieval. Maintain updated records in the Library Management System (LMS) . 2. Book Procurement & Maintenance Coordinate the procurement of new books and resources based on departmental needs. Conduct periodic checks to ensure the longevity and usability of existing library materials. Maintain vendor communication and documentation related to procurement. 3. Book Issuance & User Support Manage book issuance, returns, and overdue follow-ups. Provide guidance to students and faculty on accessing and utilizing resources. Assist users in navigating the Koha library system and other digital tools. 4. Strategic Projects Support and implement institutional initiatives such as Project Orange , ensuring timely execution and documentation. 5. Student Experience & Engagement Contribute to improving the library’s Net Promoter Score (NPS). Enhance overall student experience through efficient services, resource availability, and user-friendly operations. 6.SLCM Maintaining Student Data on Different Portals: Ensuring all student information is accurately recorded, updated, and managed across multiple platforms. Maintaining Course/Campus Change Data: Tracking and updating changes in student courses and campus locations. Processing Transcripts: Preparing and issuing academic transcripts as requested by students or other institutions. Handling Supplementary Exams Data and Exams: Managing records and logistics for supplementary exams, including student eligibility and scheduling. WES (World Education System) for International Students: Assisting international students with WES documentation and verification processes. 7.Timetable and Scheduling: Creating Timetable on Portal: Developing and updating academic timetables on the portal, ensuring accuracy and alignment with course requirements. Managing Marks Entry for End Term Exams and Jury: Overseeing the entry and verification of student grades and marks into the system. 8. Student Services and Support: Handling Student Enquiries via Email and Calls: Responding to student queries and providing support through various communication channels. Issuing Bonafide/Other Documents Related to Students: Preparing and distributing official documents such as Bonafede certificates, no objection certificates, etc. Processing Refunds, Withdrawals, and Transfers: Managing financial transactions related to student refunds, course withdrawals, and transfers. 9. Admissions and Registrations: Handling Registrations on Admission Portal for New Entries: Managing the registration process for new students, including data entry and verification on the admissions portal. Entrance Exam Administration: Coordinating and administering entrance exams, including scheduling coordinator and ensuring examiner has populated marks. To share the populated data with the Admissions Team. 10. Event Coordination: Assistance with Events on Campus: Supporting the planning and execution of campus events, such as orientation programs, seminars, workshops, masterclasses and convocation ceremonies. 11. Financial Processing: Processing Visiting Faculty Invoices: Handling the financial processing of invoices submitted by visiting faculty members. Fee Collection: Managing the collection of student fees, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Interested candidates can share their resume at
