About the Role: We are building multiple small-scale businesses across agriculture, renewable energy, and food processing industries in Maharashtra (including mushroom farming and biomass projects). We are looking for a highly proactive and execution-focused Founder’s Associate who will work directly with the founder to coordinate operations, manage government processes, and ensure the timely execution of projects . This role requires a combination of planning, coordination, and on-ground follow-ups when necessary. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operations & Coordination Schedule and manage meetings with consultants, vendors, and stakeholders Plan and optimize travel schedules across Maharashtra Ensure efficient coordination between multiple parties 2. Government Liaison & Compliance Track and follow up on licenses, approvals, and permits Visit government offices when required for submissions and follow-ups Coordinate with consultants (CA, legal, technical) for compliance processes 3. Vendor & Consultant Coordination Arrange meetings with machinery suppliers and industry experts Maintain structured documentation of discussions and next steps Ensure timely follow-ups and action tracking 4. Project Tracking & Execution Maintain dashboards for: Approvals and licenses Project progress Pending actions Proactively follow up to ensure timelines are met Required Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Google Sheets (tracking, reporting) Familiarity with Notion or similar project management tools Comfortable using Zoom and Google Meet for coordination Basic understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus Strong organizational and documentation skills Candidate Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in operations, business coordination, consulting, or startup roles Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (mandatory) Willingness to travel across Maharashtra and India when required Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills Comfortable interacting with government offices and external stakeholders What This Role Is NOT: Not a purely administrative or desk-based role Not a technical/engineering role Not responsible for vendor negotiations or site execution Why Join Us: Direct exposure to multiple business ventures and industries Opportunity to work closely with the founder High ownership and learning opportunity Fast career growth into leadership roles Salary+ Other: CTC: Up to 6LPA (based on experience) Travel reimbursement Additional performance-based incentives
