Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager based in Calicut, Kannur, Kollam, Palakkad. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure outstanding customer service, monitor inventory, and manage a team effectively to meet business goals. Responsibilities include implementing retail loss prevention strategies, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and fostering a productive and efficient store environment. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service management Exceptional Communication skills for both internal team coordination and customer interactions Proficiency in Store Management practices, inventory control, and team leadership Experience in Retail Loss Prevention with the ability to implement effective security measures Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills Basic proficiency in retail-related software and data analysis tools Educational background in Business Administration or related field is preferred 1+ years of experience in retail management or a similar role is desirable
