Job Description

Specific Job Responsibilities: BI & Analytics: Collate market data (IQVIA/NRC/Knobloch/et al) reports for EM countries to understand market and Accord performance and share a quarterly ‘Market reflection report’ for Top products. Understand the business need of the countries, analyse external market data and work closely with leadership to define strategic product priorities and identify Go-to-Market opportunities. Provide analysis on specialty brands and existing key pdts performance with actionable insights. Liaise with country teams and leverage cross-therapy and cross-channel insights. Drive market analysis on projects related to In-licensing, brand or portfolio acquisitions. Portfolio Management support: Analyse the market scenario, validate market data points and help to build business cases for New Products filing. Prepare and maintain a database of competitive analysis of EM latest pipeline (Products under filing, under development and wish list) and benchmark with Innovator products and other players in respective therapy areas. To help Portfolio team on maintaining of various key databases like PIF tracker, Filing grid, UR tracker, upcoming MA approvals tracker. MIS & Dashboards: Compile and track the Secondary Sales progress across key markets and channels. Build centralized Dashboards on Pri & Sec sales trends/ GC/ EBITDA/ etc for management review. Build MIS on field-force operations and SFE metrics for management reviews in collaboration with Country teams. Maintain and update NP Dashboard, tracking NPL performance monthly. SFE execution: Launch and standardize the in-house SFE platform across key markets in collaboration with India SFE & IT teams. Design standard Business review formats, lead Process reviews for key markets and follow-up on action points closure post reviews. Standardize & implement SFE metric tracking across key EM countries: Customer coverage/ Class coverage/ Call Average/ Call frequency match/ PCPM/ Brand matrix/ Brand exposure/ Samples & input utilization/ etc Design & monitor field Incentive plans for key countries Monitor the progress and drive KPIs for key Go-to-Market initiatives and projects across EM. Core Competencies Master’s degree in pharmacy/ analytics / statistics with a strong quantitative aptitude Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in SFE &/or Business analyst roles Experience rolling out SFE platforms Advance proficiency in analytical tools like Power BI, MS Excel, Tableau, etc. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders & drive execution of agreed deliverables Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is essential
