Role Overview The Digital & eCommerce Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets across marketplaces, brand stores, digital campaigns, and marketing materials for our Australian market.. This role requires someone who understands how design drives performance, particularly within eCommerce environments such as Amazon, where visuals play a critical role in conversion. The designer will work closely with strategists, marketing specialists, and account teams to bring campaigns and product stories to life through compelling design. Key Responsibilities Marketplace & eCommerce Design Design high-converting Amazon product image sets including hero images, infographics, and lifestyle imagery Develop Amazon A+ Content modules and enhanced brand content Create and update Amazon Brand Stores and storefront experiences Design comparison charts, product feature graphics, and visual storytelling assets Ensure all designs meet Amazon’s image requirements and platform guidelines Support new product launches with full image and visual asset sets Conduct competitor visual analysis to identify design trends and opportunities Maintain brand consistency across marketplace assets Creative Concept Development Develop creative concepts for client campaigns and product launches Translate marketing strategies into engaging visual content Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to bring brand stories to life Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives Digital Marketing & Brand Assets Design digital marketing assets including banners, landing page visuals, and campaign graphics Create social media graphics and promotional assets for Pattern and client brands Support creative development for paid media campaigns and digital advertising Produce visuals for email marketing campaigns and digital promotions Presentations & Internal Design Support the team with Pattern Style presentation design and deck refreshes Develop visual assets for reports, proposals, and marketing materials Create visual templates and branded assets for internal and client use Video & Motion Content Edit short-form video content for social and digital channels Slice and optimise video assets for different platforms Design thumbnails and supporting visuals for video content Content & Asset Management Organise and maintain digital asset libraries Ensure correct file formats, naming conventions, and version control Prepare production-ready files for different digital platforms Skills & Experience Required 3+ years experience in graphic or digital design Strong portfolio showcasing eCommerce, digital, or marketplace work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling Ability to design conversion-focused product imagery Excellent attention to detail and quality control Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong collaboration and communication skills Preferred Experience designing for Amazon marketplaces (A+ Content, listing images, storefronts) Understanding of eCommerce conversion principles Experience working with consumer brands or retail clients Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) Experience creating infographics and data-driven visual content Knowledge of marketplace image requirements and policies Tools & Platforms The successful candidate should be comfortable working with: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign Figma or Canva (preferred) Video editing tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects or similar) Google Workspace Project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, or similar)
