Both brands are category leaders by revenue for ‘Fresh Mexican’ and ‘Salads’ respectively in Mumbai. Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Associate to join our dynamic team. The Supply Chain Associate will play a key role in coordinating and optimizing supply chain operations, ensuring that materials and products are efficiently and cost-effectively sourced, stored, and delivered. This position involves collaborating with various teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to meet business objectives and customer demands. Salary: 4-6LPA. 5 days a week work from the office & Saturday WFH. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, place orders for replenishment, and ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits. Order Processing: Process purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of materials to support production and customer orders. Supplier Coordination: Communicate and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, quality compliance, and resolve any supply-related issues. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the transportation and delivery of goods, track shipments, and handle issues related to logistics or transportation delays. Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain and update supply chain records in the company’s ERP system. Prepare and analyse reports to assess performance metrics, inventory turnover, and delivery timelines. Process Improvement: Assist in identifying areas for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs across the supply chain. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Procurement, Production, Sales, and Customer Service, to ensure smooth supply chain operations. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all supply chain activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 1-3 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role. Proficiency in supply chain management software (ERP systems, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes is a plus.
