About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-obsessed Prompt Engineer to join our AI production team. You will work directly under the Art Director, executing image generation at high volume while maintaining strict character and style consistency across content. If you have spent hours obsessing over getting AI models to produce exactly the right shot, this role is built for you.What You'll DoExecute image generation in Nano Banana and other AI tools based on Art Director approved prompts Generate multiple variations per shot and select the best for animation Iterate rapidly on prompts to fix consistency, pose, expression and composition issues Maintain an organised library of approved frames, character references and scene assets Flag consistency issues early and propose prompt fixes proactively Batch generate overnight queues to maximise daily output Collaborate closely with animation operators to ensure frames are Kling-ready What We're Looking ForHands-on experience with AI image generation tools — Midjourney, Nano Banana, Stable Diffusion or similar Strong attention to detail — you notice when a character's outfit changes between frames Understanding of anime art styles and composition principles Ability to work fast and iterate without losing quality Organized and systematic, you can manage large volumes of assets efficiently Good written communication for prompt crafting in English Bonus PointsExperience prompting specifically for anime or manhwa style content Knowledge of character consistency techniques (LoRA, image referencing, style locking) Familiarity with vertical 9:16 content formats Prior work on animated or illustrated content pipelines
