Company: Legend of Toys  Department: Finance & Accounts  Employment Type: Full-Time  Location: Bangalore, India About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Associate to join our growing Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in statutory compliance, bookkeeping, and multi-channel sales reporting — and will thrive in a fast-paced, e-commerce-driven environment. Key Responsibilities GST Compliance Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) Reconcile Input Tax Credit (ITC) across platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, etc.) Manage platform-wise sales recognition and ensure accurate GST reporting for multi-channel sales Handle GST notices, registration, and liaise with consultants where required TDS Compliance Deduct, deposit, and file TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q) within due dates Issue Form 16 / 16A to vendors and employees Reconcile TDS payables and receivables in books Provident Fund (PF) & Professional Tax (PT) Process monthly PF contributions and file ECR (Electronic Challan cum Return) Manage employee PF enrolments, exits, and KYC updates Calculate and file Professional Tax (PT) as per applicable state regulations Tally & Bookkeeping Perform accurate and timely data entry in Tally ERP (purchase, sales, journal, payment, receipt vouchers) Maintain ledger accounts and assist in monthly book closure Support in preparation of MIS reports, P&L, and balance sheet schedules General Finance Support Assist in bank reconciliation and vendor payment processing Support internal and statutory audit requirements Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial data and documentation Requirements Education: / / MBA Finance or equivalent Experience: 1–3 years in a similar finance/accounts role Software: Proficiency in Tally ERP; working knowledge of MS Excel Knowledge: Strong understanding of GST, TDS, PF, and PT regulations Preferred: Prior experience in e-commerce, D2C, or multi-channel retail environment What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience A dynamic, growth-stage start-up environment Opportunity to work closely with the Finance & Operations leadership Learning exposure across compliance, reporting, and business finance Legend of Toys is an equal opportunity employer.
