Key Responsibilities:Sales Target Achievement:Support channel partners in achieving their sales and revenue targets.Track and monitor CP performance regularly to ensure consistent growth.Franchisee Development & Management:Identify potential areas for new franchise opportunities.Onboard and train new franchisees in line with company policies.Ensure continuous improvement and development of existing franchise partners.Branding & Office Standards:Monitor and maintain franchise office standards in accordance with company branding guidelines.Conduct regular audits and provide feedback for improvement.Network Upkeep & Expansion:Support the expansion of the delivery and pickup network through strategic planning.Ensure infrastructure and service levels are maintained at all channel partner locations.Essential Skills:Strong communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to convince and influence stakeholdersExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilitiesDesirable Skills:Prior experience in the courier or logistics industryFamiliarity with franchisee business modelsOperational knowledge of channel salesQualifications & Experience:Graduate in any disciplineMinimum 3–4 years of experience in the courier or logistics industry2 wheeler mandatory
