Job Title

Job Responsibility:- Monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) - Support inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy - Determining the required materials and generating purchase requisitions - Plan, develop, implement and evaluate processes for material delivery from supplier - Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends - Prepare Forecast of Raw Material to all suppliers - Review Purchase Requisitions on a daily basis for accuracy and timely conversion into Purchase Orders - Monitor and trend supplier delivery performance - Creating an inventory schedule as per the requirements - Managing inventory issues, schedule changes pull in, push out and cancellations. - Generate and share the shortage report, Purchase requisition, Clear to build, Excess and Obsolete and Inventory Aging - Participating in MRB review meeting, identify the supply risk and Mitigation plan - Participating in team meetings to discuss improvements in processes and productivity - Drive the site team for process improvements on Material Planning activities like Covert Mass PR/PO and Job orders to reduce tact time. - Reconciliation of Purchase order and take timely action on PO execution based on MRP action to control Inventory and Improve ITO.Essential Attributes:1) MRP system2) Experience of ERP/SAP and other modules3) Exposure of Advanced Excel and Digital Dashboards4) Risk Management5) Decision MakingQualificationsBEDesired Experience Level4 to 9years
