As a Retail Store Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory, and drive sales growth.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining and supervising store staff.Implementing loss prevention strategies and managing inventory.Maintaining store aesthetics to align with Brahaan’s luxury standards.Ensuring a premium and positive shopping experience for all customers.QualificationsProven experience in Store Management, including inventory and team supervision.Excellent Communication Skills. Fluency in English is a must. Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.Effective communication skills to liaise with customers, staff, and stakeholders.Experience in the fashion or menswear industry is highly preferred.Problem-solving and organizational abilities.Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.Salary & CompensationAnnual CTC Range: ₹8,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 (8L - 10L).Final offer will be based on experience and expertise in the luxury retail segment.
