Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Kidswear Designer located in New Delhi. The Kidswear Designer will develop creative and marketable designs for children’s clothing, incorporating a deep understanding of textiles, trends, and production techniques. Responsibilities include creating designs for kidswear collections, selecting fabrics and color palettes, designing embroidery and other embellishments, and ensuring garments align with fitting standards. Collaboration with the in-house design team and other stakeholders is required to ensure designs are both on-brand and production-ready. Qualifications Proficiency in Fashion Design and knowledge of current trends in Kidswear Familiarity with Textiles and Fabric Selection Creative skills in Embroidery and embellishment techniques Understanding of Fitting and garment construction standards Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field Proficient in Procreate, Photoshop and Illustrator Work experience 4 to 6 years.
