Job Title: Associate / Senior Associate – Dispute ResolutionLocation: Delhi NCRExperience: 3–6 years PQERole OverviewWe are looking for a motivated legal professional to join our Dispute Resolution team, focusing on high-stakes commercial disputes. The role involves working on complex domestic and cross-border matters, supporting strategy, and assisting in litigation and arbitration proceedings.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in handling commercial disputes (domestic and cross-border).Support in developing dispute resolution strategies, including pre-litigation and arbitration stages.Represent and assist in matters before courts and tribunals (Supreme Court, High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, etc.).Work on arbitrations (institutional and ad-hoc), including SIAC, ICC, and LCIA.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and provide support on complex legal issues.Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to client advisory work.Key RequirementsQualified lawyer with 3–6 years of experience in Dispute Resolution.Exposure to commercial litigation and arbitration.Experience appearing before courts/tribunals in India.Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.Ability to work on complex matters with commercial understanding.Why Join Us?At Trilegal, you will be part of a supportive and inclusive team that values innovation and professional growth.
