We need someone who will:Own content strategy end-to-end — decide what kind of content lives on the platform, set quality standards, and build the content pipelineCreate content yourself — in the early days, you're not managing a team, you ARE the teamBuild and grow a creator community — attract, onboard, and retain creators who produce great content on MuviDuviDefine content guidelines — what's good, what's not, what makes MuviDuvi different from everything else out thereCollaborate on product decisions — content shapes the product, so you'll work directly with the tech/product founder to build features that serve creators and audiencesDrive organic growth — leverage content to grow the platform without a marketing budget (we've done it before with TweenCraft)Who You AreMust HaveYou are a creator — you make content (video, animation, storytelling, short films, reels — any format). Show us your work- You have a deep understanding of what makes content engaging — you consume, analyze, and think about content constantly- You're willing to work on equity only in the early stage — you believe in building something, not collecting a paycheck- You have strong communication skills — you can articulate a content vision, give feedback to creators, and write compelling copy- You're self-driven — nobody will tell you what to do every day.
