Headquartered in Mumbai, ALBANS operates branches in Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and Delhi, and is always exploring new projects and collaborations.Role DescriptionDesign and Conceptualization:Develop innovative and functional furniture designs based on client needs and project requirements.Create detailed 2D and 3D design drawings using CAD software.Select appropriate materials, finishes, and hardware for furniture pieces.Prepare and deliver design presentations and proposals to clients.Site Management and Installation:Oversee the installation of furniture at the client's site, ensuring adherence to design specifications and timelines.Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and installation teams.Ensure quality control throughout the installation process.Address any issues or problems that arise during the installation.Client Communication and Relationship Management:Communicate effectively with clients throughout the design and installation process.Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Project Management:Develop and manage project timelines.Ensure that projects are completed on time.Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.QualificationsTechnical Skills:Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, 3DX Max, Photoshop).Knowledge of furniture design principles and materials.Understanding of construction processes and building codes.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team
