We're looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence to take a new business idea from zero to one - entirely on your own.You'll own a standalone business line end-to-end: build the product, find the customers, close the deals, and grow it. We'll give you a budget, a thesis, and autonomy. If it works, we scale it together. We can share the specific idea on a call.What you'll doOwn a new business line solo: product, growth, revenueBuild and ship an MVP within weeks, not monthsAcquire users and customers through communities, social channels, cold outreach - whatever worksTalk to customers, close deals, iterate based on what you learnReport directly to the foundersWhat we're looking forCan code or strong technical background - enough to build and ship without waiting for engineeringHave grown smth through organic channels: Reddit, X, Discord, Hacker News, niche communities, SEOComfortable being client-facing, doing outreach, and closing dealsHave built something before: a side project, a startup, a community, a productWhat we offerReal budget to execute - tools, subscriptions, ads, whatever you needAutonomy to run this like your own company, backed by a funded startupDirect access to foundersIf the business works: path to leading a team and owning the P&LCompensation: ₹15-₹30 LPA + rev share + equity
