Role DescriptionProvide production support for .NET applications and SQL Server systems. Monitor application health, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution. Work with cross-functional teams to fix defects, support data corrections, and improve system performance and stability. Handle debugging across backend (.NET, APIs) and frontend (React), and contribute to automation and support documentation.
