Job SummaryWe are seeking a result-oriented and experienced Team Lead – Business Development with 6–10 years of experience in International B2B Sales (SaaS/IT Solutions) and strong leadership capabilities.The role requires the candidate to drive revenue growth by managing both individual sales targets and overall team performance. The Team Lead will oversee the complete sales cycle, mentor team members, and contribute directly to high-value deal closures. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Executives.Achieve individual sales targets while ensuring team revenue targets are met.Drive international B2B sales for SaaS and IT software solutions.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand global market reach.Monitor and manage the entire sales pipeline through CRM systems.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to team members.Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and key account management.Identify new market opportunities and strengthen international client relationships.Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams for seamless execution.Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to senior management.Outreach & Lead Generation ManagementDesign and supervise structured international outreach strategies (cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, calling campaigns).Monitor outbound campaigns to ensure high-quality lead generation.Guide the team in crafting effective outreach messaging and value propositions.Track outreach performance metrics such as response rates, conversions, and pipeline contribution.Ensure proper usage of CRM and lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).Continuously refine outreach processes to improve efficiency and ROI.Eligibility CriteriaGraduate (Mandatory); MBA preferred (Marketing / International Business).6–10 years of experience in Business Development / International B2B Sales.Minimum 4 years of team handling experience (Mandatory).Prior experience in SaaS, IT Software, or Data Solutions is required.Proven track record of achieving both individual and team sales targets.Required SkillsStrong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.In-depth understanding of international B2B sales cycles.Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).Strategic thinking with a revenue-focused mindset.Ability to manage high-value accounts and complex negotiations.Analytical and performance-driven approach.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive fixed salary.5-day working week.Leadership growth opportunities.Professional and performance-driven work environment.
