Our customer-centric team is available 24/7 to deliver consistent value and sustainable outcomes across every engagement. Role DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, delivering consulting services, and optimizing CargoWise solutions for clients across the logistics and supply chain industry.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting detailed needs assessments, designing and implementing customized CargoWise solutions, and providing strategic guidance aligned with industry best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and high client satisfaction.Additionally, you will be responsible for training clients on CargoWise functionalities, supporting user adoption, and troubleshooting any system or process-related issues to ensure smooth operations. QualificationsStrong analytical thinking and business process understandingExperience with documents and reports customization in CargoWiseBackground in consulting and finance-related workflowsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in the CargoWise system is highly desirableAbility to work independently in a remote environmentAbility to work across different time zones as neededCargoWise certification is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related fieldPrior experience in the supply chain and logistics industry is an advantage
