Sales Executive – B2B Conferences (US Market)Company: BMA ConventionsJob Type: Full-TimeShift Timing - 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift – US Market)Job Location - Sant Nagar, Kailash Colony, New Delhi, IndiaWorking Days - Monday – FridayAbout BMA ConventionsBMA Conventions is North America’s premier smart facilities event company that hosts invite-only business conventions focused on:• Smart Healthcare Facilities• Smart Manufacturing & Automation• Smart Data Center FacilitiesEach event brings together 150+ senior decision-makers and 25+ leading solution providers from across North America to discuss innovation, modernization, sustainability, and infrastructure transformation.Position OverviewBMA Conventions is seeking high-energy Sales Executives (Openers & Closers) to join our rapidly growing team.This role involves prospecting senior executives, generating interest in our conventions, and converting qualified prospects into confirmed delegates or sponsors.You will interact directly with Presidents, VPs, Directors, and C-level executives from hospitals, manufacturing companies, and mission-critical infrastructure organizations across the United States.Key Responsibilities• Prospect, identify, and qualify senior executives across healthcare, manufacturing, and data center industries.• Conduct outbound calls, strategic email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting to generate qualified leads.• Book meetings and appointments for convention specialists.• Manage the full sales cycle (for closers) Discovery, Pitch, Negotiation, Closing and Handoff to delegate management team• Maintain a structured pipeline using CRM systems.• Meet daily and weekly KPIs consistently.• Clearly communicate the value of event programs, speaker opportunities, and sponsorship packages.• Overcome objections confidently and present solution-driven responses.• Represent BMA Conventions professionally in all client interactions.• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of confirmed attendees or sponsors.Requirements• 2+ years of sales experience (B2B preferred).• Experience in events, SaaS, healthcare, manufacturing, or professional services is a strong advantage.• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.• Strong communication and presentation skills.• Ability to speak confidently with VP-level and Director-level executives.• Strong organizational and pipeline management skills.• Experience using CRM systems such as:HubSpotZohoGoHighLevelSalesforce• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.• Excellent command of spoken and written English.What We Offer• ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month base salary• Attractive commission structure• High-volume sales opportunities• Exposure to senior executives across North America• Career growth within a fast-growing international events company• Professional and performance-driven sales culture
