Project Manager Position We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to completion in our Gangtok Site. This role is perfect for someone with a substantial background in project management, looking to leverage their skills in a dynamic, full-time position. Site travel wil be pre-requiste Key Responsibilities: Plan and oversee projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Direct and coordinate the activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget. Adjust schedules and plans as needed, and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success. Manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans. Maintain strict adherence to budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards. Periodic project reporting to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and deliverables. Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Required Skills: Demonstrated expertise in Project Management methodologies with strong leadership skills. Proven ability in Risk Management; able to foresee potential problems before they happen. Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products. Secondary Skills: Solid experience in Budget Management; capable of preparing financial forecasts for projects while managing resources efficiently. Excellent Scheduling abilities; ensuring that all team members adhere to timelines. Strong Problem Solving skills; quickly able to devise effective solutions under pressure. Negotiation skills with the ability to seek win-win agreements and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Evidence of strong communication skills, capable of effectively articulating ideas and collaborating within a team setting as well as externally with clients.
