Job Description Key Responsibilities Develop and implement social media brand strategies, campaigns, and monthly content plans to build brand awareness and support business goals Manage day-to-day handling of social media platforms, including publishing, scheduling, monitoring, and audience engagement Create, maintain, and execute editorial and posting calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and business priorities Work closely with the digital marketing team to strategize and implement innovative ideas for audience growth, lead generation, and brand visibility Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and other relevant channels Monitor campaign and platform performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights for improvement Research industry trends, competitor activity, audience behavior, and best-performing content formats to keep the brand relevant and competitive Optimize content and campaign strategies to increase traffic, engagement, reach, and follower growth Review campaign success and recommend ways to improve content quality, performance, and ROI Drive engagement through collaborations with influencers, creators, or brand partners in coordination with the marketing or PR team Collaborate with marketing, design, content, PR, and event teams to align brand messaging, promotions, launches, and communications Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for social media posts, captions, campaigns, and related digital content Maintain an active and professional brand presence while ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management, strategy, and campaign execution Strong experience in managing multiple social media platforms for brand growth and engagement Proven ability to develop innovative content and campaign ideas that deliver measurable results Hands-on experience with social media scheduling and management tools such as Hootsuite , Sprout Social , or similar platforms Experience using Facebook Insights , Instagram Insights , LinkedIn Analytics , Google Analytics , and other reporting tools Strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, social media trends, and campaign optimization Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including digital marketing, design, content, PR, and events Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Experience in paid social campaign coordination and boosting strategies Knowledge of influencer outreach and collaboration strategies Familiarity with SEO principles and how social media supports website traffic and brand discoverability Experience in agency, marketing, or fast-paced brand environments will be an added advantage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Growth in followers, reach, and engagement across social media platforms Timely execution of posting schedules and campaign calendars Performance of organic and campaign-based content Improvement in click-through rates, website traffic, and conversions from social channels Quality and consistency of brand messaging across platforms Effectiveness of innovative growth strategies and campaign ideas Benefits Location: Mohali (On-site role) Shift Timings: 08:30 PM - 05:30 AM Working Days: Monday to Friday Cab Facility: Provided Requirements Required: Minimum 2+ years of experience in US bookkeeping Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (mandatory) Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Solid understanding of US accounting processes and basic GAAP concepts Proven experience with AR/AP, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, tables, and reconciliations) Availability to work US night shifts as required Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication Preferred: Experience with US payroll processes and payroll-related compliance Certifications such as QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Certified Bookkeeper, or relevant bookkeeping/accounting certifications Experience preparing financial statements and management reports for US clients Familiarity with additional accounting platforms (e.g., Xero, NetSuite) or integrated tools Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis) and process improvement experience Prior experience coordinating directly with US-based clients and cross-functional teams
