The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in test management tools and a proven track record in migrating from Zephyr to QMetry.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support migration activities from Zephyr to QMetryConfigure and customize QMetry / Zephyr based on project needsCollaborate with QA, Dev, and Product teams for seamless integrationAnalyze current test management processes and recommend improvementsEnsure data integrity and smooth transition during migrationProvide documentation, training, and support to stakeholdersRequired SkillsStrong experience with SmartBear tools (QMetry & Zephyr)Hands-on experience in migration projects (Zephyr → QMetry preferred)Understanding of QA processes, Agile, and test lifecycle managementExperience in JIRA integration and test automation frameworksExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred ProfileExperience working as a Product Consultant / Product Designer / Product Manager in QA tools ecosystemStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
