The analyst will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of exposure management strategies, producing catasrophe modelling outputs, supporting analysis, and helping to improve data quality and reporting processes. Daily tasks will include data collection and analysis, model validation, and collaborating with various teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in exposure management practices. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Moody's RiskLink/Risk Modeler application. London Market experience desirable. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in Excel and statistical software Understanding of actuarial principles and exposure management concepts Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Relevant coursework or experience in actuarial science, data analysis, or insurance Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or related field is preferred Role Description Test, validate, and review catastrophe model outputs from Moody’s RMS and Verisk (Sequel Impact / Touchstone) Produce catastrophe modelling outputs and supporting analytical commentary Perform data collection, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure accurate model inputs Support analysis of model results, sensitivities, and key drivers Conduct routine model testing and validation activities Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, and exposure management teams to ensure consistency and efficiency Help develop and maintain standardised reporting and documentation Contribute to continuous improvement of exposure management practices and tooling
