Senior Accountant – Financial Operations (Bookkeeping Role) Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role ensures accuracy of financial data and supports the foundation for business decision-making. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate books of accounts in QuickBooks or similar systems Perform bank, credit card, and vendor reconciliations Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly and timely Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and supporting schedules Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues Support month-end and year-end close processes Work closely with AP team to ensure clean financial data Requirements 4–8 years of accounting / bookkeeping experience Strong experience with QuickBooks (or equivalent ERP) Solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and accounting principles High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to independently manage financial records Preferred CA Inter / semi-qualified CA Experience cleaning up messy or multi-entity books Exposure to retail / inventory-based businesses What This Role Is NOT Not responsible for financial strategy or forecasting Not responsible for business decision-making
