Job Description Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and result-driven HR Executive who has strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and is also capable of handling administrative responsibilities. The role will primarily focus on talent acquisition (85%) while supporting HR/admin operations (15%). Key Responsibilities: Recruitment (85%): Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and create job descriptions Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline Coordinate offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding process Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Administration (15%): Support day-to-day HR administrative activities Maintain employee records and documentation Assist in onboarding and induction processes Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for administrative requirements Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Key Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in HR with strong focus on recruitment Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment is mandatory Exposure to admin/HR operations is an added advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/portals Requirements ·
