The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, delivering data-driven projects, and driving Agile best practices. Experience in Snowflake, Claude (or any LLM) and Agentic AI technologies is a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of data analytics and dashboarding projectsAct as a Scrum Master/Project Manager, facilitating Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverablesManage product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure alignment with business objectivesCoordinate with data engineers, analysts, AI engineers and visualization teamsTrack project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategiesEnsure timely delivery of high-quality dashboards and analytics solutionsDrive continuous improvement in Agile processes and team performanceCommunicate project status, metrics, and insights to stakeholders and leadershipRequired Skills & Qualifications5–7 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in data analytics or BI projectsStrong hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesProven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholdersExperience delivering data visualization and dashboarding projects (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.)Hands on experience in SQL and PythonSolid understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytics workflowsExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to translate business requirements into technical deliverablesGood to HaveExperience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platformsExposure to AI/ML projects or data-driven AI solutionsFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
