Job Title: SCOM Admin & Datadog MonitoringLocation: 100% Remote§ System Setup and Configuration: Installing, configuring, and maintaining messaging systems such as email servers, instant messaging platforms, and collaboration tools.§ User Management: Creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts, managing permissions, and ensuring secure access to messaging systems.§ Performance Monitoring: Monitoring the performance of messaging systems, identifying and resolving any performance issues.§ Monitoring IT Infrastructure: Continuously monitoring servers, applications, and network devices to detect and respond to issues.§ Alert Management: Configuring and managing alerts to notify administrators of potential issues and responding to these alerts promptly.§ Performance Analysis: Analyzing performance data to identify trends, potential bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.§ User Authentication: Assisting users with multi-factor authentication (MFA) processes, including setting up and troubleshooting RSA SecurID tokens or mobile authentication apps.§ Access Management: Managing user access permissions, ensuring that users have the appropriate level of access based on their roles.§ Technical Support: Providing technical support for VPN connectivity issues, helping users troubleshoot and resolve access problems.
