We are founder-led, execution-driven, and focused on turning real market problems into viable businesses.We are currently self-funded and operate with a strong bias toward speed, ownership, and clarity of execution.The RoleThis is not a traditional product role.You will operate as a 0→1 product leader, working directly with founders to identify, validate, and launch AI-powered SaaS products from scratch.You will own the full cycle, from opportunity discovery → validation → MVP → early traction signals.This role is focused on building products that work in the market, not just generating ideas.You will stay involved with each product until there are clear validation or failure signals. Based on outcomes, the product will either be scaled with the core team or deliberately shut down before you move to the next opportunity.What You Will OwnEnd-to-end ownership from idea → validation → MVP → early traction signalsIdentifying high-potential SaaS opportunities through user discovery and market analysisConverting ambiguous market gaps into clear, buildable product directionsDriving validation through landing pages, user interviews, waitlists, and rapid experimentsDefining ICP, personas, and positioningWorking closely with engineering to scope and deliver MVPsBuilding early GTM foundations, including messaging, funnels, and acquisition hypothesesEstablishing a repeatable system for opportunity discovery, validation, and launchWhat You Will DoDiscovery & Opportunity IdentificationIdentify high-potential SaaS opportunities through structured research and direct user insightsAnalyze workflows, pain points, existing solutions, and willingness to payUse AI tools and modern workflows to accelerate discovery and validationValidation & StrategyValidate ideas using real-world signals, not assumptionsRun landing page tests, waitlist experiments, and qualitative user interviewsDefine clear user personas, problem statements, and positioningBuild directional business cases including market potential, monetization approach, and early unit economics assumptionsDefine success metrics, OKRs, and KPIs before development beginsProduct & GTM FoundationScope MVPs in collaboration with engineering, balancing speed and product qualityDrive MVP execution, not just planningBuild early GTM foundations, messaging, ICP definition, and funnel strategyIdentify early distribution or partnership opportunitiesPresent clear go or no-go recommendations backed by data and convictionSystems & ScaleBuild and refine a repeatable system, idea → validation → MVP → outcome → next opportunityImprove speed and quality of each product discovery cycleContribute to the evolving product and growth roadmap across multiple productsWhat We Are Looking For5-7+ years of experience in product, strategy, or growth within SaaSProven experience taking at least one product from 0 → MVP → early tractionStrong understanding of SaaS GTM fundamentals, ICPs, funnels, positioning, and growth loopsDemonstrated experience in identifying and evaluating high-potential AI-driven SaaS opportunities, with clear evidence of how those opportunities were validated and translated into product directionAbility to operate with high ambiguity and minimal directionStrong execution mindset, not just strategic thinkingSolid understanding of AI and LLM-based products, APIs, and how AI integrates into SaaS workflowsFinancial literacy, ability to think in terms of monetization, pricing, and unit economicsExcellent communication, writing, and presentation skillsAbility to translate user insights directly into wireframes and user journey maps using tools like FigJam, Figma, or equivalentCan independently design low-fidelity flows, service blueprints, and clickable prototypes without needing a designer in the loopExperience with Startups or Leading Product Teams to success, particularly in the tech industryThinks in user journeys first before features, before specsNon-Negotiable RequirementsYou have validated ideas using real-world methods, not just research decksYou can demonstrate proof of work through portfolio, case studies, or shipped productsYou have a portfolio that includes wireframes, journey maps, or prototypes not just strategy decksWhat This Role Is NotNot a traditional backlog-driven product manager roleNot a research-only or insight-only roleNot a consulting or strategy-only positionNot execution without ownershipCompensation & StructureCompetitive salary based on experience and demonstrated capabilityDirect collaboration with founders and high ownership from day oneClear path to larger leadership responsibility as the company scalesWe are currently self-funded.
