Manager – Projects, Services & Spares Location: Khed Shivapur (Pune) | Experience: 8–10 Years Role Summary Lead end-to-end execution of engineering projects, service operations, and spares management, ensuring timely delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage machine manufacturing projects (timeline, cost, quality) Oversee service operations (maintenance, repairs, upgrades) Handle spares management (inventory, procurement, logistics) Drive process improvements and ensure ISO compliance Lead cross-functional coordination (Sales, Design, Supply Chain) Manage resources, budgets, and project performance Mandatory Skills Strong project management experience Team handling & leadership capability Experience in manufacturing / capital equipment industry Knowledge of service operations & spare parts management Strong stakeholder communication skills Proficiency in MS Project / ERP tools Education & Experience B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory) 8–10 years of relevant experience Experience in capital equipment projects (Must) Interested candidate can directly share their resume to (WhatsApp only) /
