Research: Contribute to research, publish papers, and guide student research projects. Departmental Involvement: Participate in departmental meetings, events, and academic initiatives. Student Mentorship: Advice and support students in their academic and career development. Academic Administration: Manage student records and assist in academic processes. Eligibility Criteria: MA/MSc and BA/BSc in Psychology or related discipline with specialization in Industrial/Organizational Psychology .
