Design with Cost & Scale in MindDevelop saree designs using:Digital printsScreen / block printsComputerised & hand embroideryEnsure designs are:Cost-efficientEasy to replicate in productionSuitable for defined price ranges2. Technical DevelopmentCreate:CADs / print layoutsTech packsMotif placementsPrepare production-ready files for:PrintingEmbroidery3. Sampling & ExecutionWork closely with:KarigarsPrintersEmbroidery vendorsEnsure:Accurate samplingMinimum iterationsOn-time development4. Vendor & Production CoordinationIdentify and manage:Print vendorsEmbroidery unitsFabric suppliersEnsure consistency in quality and timelines5.
