Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic EPC Project Head to lead end-to-end execution of solar EPC projects. The role involves strategic planning, project execution, team leadership, and ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality, safety, and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage complete lifecycle of solar EPC projects (ground-mounted, rooftop, and utility-scale) Oversee project planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, and commissioning Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and site execution Develop and implement project execution strategies and SOPs Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety norms, and quality benchmarks Liaise with clients, vendors, contractors, and government authorities Optimize resource utilization and drive cost efficiencies Prepare MIS reports and present updates to senior management Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil); MBA preferred 8-10 years of experience in solar EPC project management Proven track record of handling large-scale solar projects Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent knowledge of EPC processes, contracts, and project controls Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
