Job Title: Stylish Designer – Textile IndustryJob Summary:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Stylish Designer to develop innovative textile designs that align with market trends and customer preferences. The candidate will be responsible for creating patterns, color combinations, and fabric concepts for garments, home textiles, or fashion accessories.Key Responsibilities:Design original textile patterns, prints, and styles for fabrics.Research current fashion and textile trends to create market-relevant designs.Develop color palettes, mood boards, and seasonal collections.Collaborate with production and merchandising teams to ensure design feasibility.Prepare design layouts using software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD tools.Modify and improve designs based on client or management feedback.Maintain design archives and documentation.Ensure quality and consistency in design execution.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related field.2–5 years of experience in textile or fashion designing.Proficiency in design software (Adobe Suite, CorelDRAW, etc.).Strong sense of color, texture, and pattern.Creativity with attention to detail.Knowledge of fabric types, printing techniques, and production processes.Good communication and teamwork skills.Preferred Skills:Experience in digital textile printing.Knowledge of embroidery, weaving, or dyeing techniques.Understanding of domestic and international fashion trends.Salary:Competitive salary based on experience and skills.
