Job Description – Investor Relations (IR) -Assistant Manager Company: Aster DM Healthcare Location: Bangalore Work Mode: On-site Experience: 1–3 Years Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented candidate for Investor Relations (IR) team in managing investor communication function. The ideal candidate should be from a reputed institute and/or hold professional qualifications such as CA/CFA, with some exposure to IR or financial analysis. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparation of investor presentations, earnings releases, and annual reports Support quarterly and annual earnings processes, including data collation and analysis Handle investor queries and maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders Track and analyze financial performance, industry trends, and peer benchmarking Support management in investor meetings, analyst calls, and roadshows Maintain IR databases, reports, and regulatory disclosures Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support investor relations activities. Monitor and analyse competitor investor relations activities, market dynamics, and trends to inform strategic planning and positioning Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and communications, to ensure consistent messaging and compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards Eligibility Criteria Qualification: CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute Experience: 1–3 years in Investor Relations / Equity Research / Financial Analysis Proficiency in financial analysis and modelling. Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation concepts Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with investor relations software and databases. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements Key Skills Financial Analysis & Reporting Stakeholder Management Data Interpretation & Presentation Attention to Detail Strong Analytical Thinking Preferred Profile Candidates from listed entities or with experience in the healthcare sector will be preferred Prior exposure to Investor Relations / Equity Research will be an added advantage Experience working in a listed company environment is a plus
